Cradle Software provides specialized digital engineering and architectural design services. All engagements are governed by specific SOW (Statements of Work) or MSAs (Master Service Agreements) which override these general terms in the event of conflict.

Full intellectual property rights to finalized deliverables are transferred to the client upon receipt of total payment. Cradle Software retains ownership of its core proprietary frameworks, pre-existing 'engineering DNA', and foundational code patterns utilized during development.

Our liability is strictly limited to the professional fees paid for the specific engineering sprint or project phase in question. We are not liable for incidental data loss, business disruption, or unforeseen technical entropy resulting from external platform shifts.

All operational interactions and legal disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any arbitration shall take place within the jurisdiction of Nairobi, Kenya.
